FULL SERVICE PLANNING
WITH FULL PLANNING, WE HELP YOU FROM THE START BY BEING YOUR WEDDING'S BFF.
Basically, you find the love of your life, agree to get married & then we swoop in and make it awesome. We handle everything from logistical items (venue scouting, budget creation/management, time lines & schedules, vendor research & suggestions, contract review & negotiations, out-of-town guest arrangements, rehearsal coordination, ceremony planning/vow writing assistance, floor plan creation, vendor communication management, etc.) to aesthetic items (color palette and décor guidance, design curation, floral & menu selections, invitation guidance and selection, music choices, etc.).
We work tirelessly to bring all of these elements together throughout the planning time. Full planning culminates in day-of coordination where we ensure that all of the hard work that went into planning is executed smoothly and seamlessly. Our full planning clients also receive a personalized, secure login to our online project management software – it’s a handy dandy space where we store & share documents – we also use it to set up a to-do list and email reminders. It’s pretty fancy stuff.

PARTIAL PLANNING

Perhaps you’re looking for guidance on vendors and help with your time line and schedules; perhaps you’re looking for someone totake care of hotel blocks and wedding transportation; maybe you need some help refining your vision and implementing a plan to make it all come to life; oh, did you need someone to deal with your anxious mother? Yup, we’ve got you covered.
Partial planning culminates in day-of coordination where we ensure that all of the hard work that went into planning is executed smoothly and seamlessly.
Partial planning prices vary based on a number of factors (most couples invest anywhere from $4,000-8,000 on partial planning services). Please contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs.
WEDDING MANAGEMENT (FKA Day of Coordination)
SANITY SAVING & FULL-SERVICE, OUR WEDDING MANAGEMENT IS JUST SO MUCH MORE
Our Wedding Management/Day of Coordination is more like six weeks of coordination with a little bit of planning thrown in, because we are thorough & awesome like that. We not only coordinate the heck out of your event - we help you hit the ground running & provide you with all the resources & advice you need to plan a kickass wedding at the start of the planning process.
Pre-Wedding Day, we provide you with an amazing set of tools that we've created & improved upon over the years (suggested vendor guides, to do lists, worksheets, etc.). Also, unlike many coordinators, we offer our couples unlimited email communication from the time of booking to the wedding. If you've got an etiquette or timeline question that can't wait until right before the wedding, no worries - just ask us! Also included in the pre-wedding portion is a walk-through, timeline creation, month-of vendor management, floor plan & rental order review, etc.
When your wedding day arrives, we're there to make it fantastic by overseeing setup, managing vendors, coordinating transportation, maintaining the timeline, managing ceremony music & processional, handling emergency situations, packing up personal items, etc. etc. etc. Basically, we spend approx. 10 hours owning your wedding & slaying any issues. Oh, and you also get access to our ridiculously stocked emergency kit (it's pretty much zombiepocalypse caliber).
Pricing for Day Of Coordination varies, based on a number of factors, but most couples can expect to be in the ballpark of $3,000. Let's chat about your wedding and come up with a customized plan!
STYLING & DESIGN
IS YOUR BRAIN EXPLODING FROM PINTEREST OVERLOAD? CAN'T STEP AWAY FROM IG?
Do you have eleventy-five-hundred ideas but you’re just not sure how to put it all together or where to source items? Or maybe you’re just frozen, deer/headlights style with the thought of having to decide what your wedding will look like?
Let us figure it out for you. We’ll take what you’ve got (even if it’s notsomuch) and work to create mood boards and an inspiration folder to fit your style. We’ll provide you with sources and even DIY project instructions (if that’s your thing) to help you achieve the look. We'll work with your caterer, florist and venue on rental items. Then on the wedding day, we'll set up everything & style it to complete your vision! Even better, when the party's over, we'll come back and break it down and pack it up for you!
