3. ULTIMATE PLANNING BLUEPRINT| $1552
A Combination of Logistics & Venue Selection, it’s the ultimate in getting started with wedding planning.

LOGISTICS

 

CUSTOM BUDGET PLANNING - $200.00
We’ll help you figure out the best use of your funds & determine what your options are based on our extensive knowledge of what things cost.  We’ll help you understand where you should spend & where you can save.  And we’ll set you up with a lovely spreadsheet to maintain & track expenses.  Budget planning will probably save you way more than it costs!

 

HOURLY CONSULTING - $100/HR (3HR MIN)
For couples planning on their own who need a little guidance and support here and there, we offer hourly services tailored to your specific needs.  Hourly consulting can be used for a wide range of projects associated with the planning process such as, transportation logistics, hotel block arrangements, etc.  Or most popularly, just to talk things through with an expert!  Consultations can be done in person or via phone.  

 

MONTHLY CHECK-INS - $85/ea
Conference call once a month to discuss open items & progress.  

 

RENTAL MANAGEMENT - $400
Perfect if you have a non-traditional caterer providing food for the wedding.  We’ll work with your venue & caterer to determine all rental needs.   Includes a visit to the rental showroom to select tabletop items, rental order placement and rental check-in.  

 

COORDINATION

 

CEREMONY BLOCKING/REHEARSAL (day prior) - $175.00
This service is priceless when you’re having a friend or family member preside over your ceremony.  We’ll work with you to determine your processional, recessional, floor plan/blocking and timing.  Price includes consultation & 1 hour rehearsal.  Same-day rehearsals are included in Day-of Coordination package.  

 

PERSONAL ITEM DELIVERY  - $100
We’ll pick up your personal items a day or two prior to the wedding.  On the big day, we’ll deliver everything to the venue(s) and set it all up.  *Does not include DIY centerpieces/backdrops/alcohol.  

 

PERSONAL ITEM RETURN - $150
At the end of the night, once we pack up all of your personal items, we’ll return them to your home/hotel or hang on to them for delivery the following day.  *Does not include DIY centerpieces/backdrops/alcohol/gifts.

 

BREAKDOWN MANAGEMENT - $275
Perfect for raw spaces, we will stay onsite to oversee and manage rental breakdown, venue cleanup, rental pickup & post event venue walk-through.  (Approximately 2 hours).  Does not include cleaning staff.  

 

ASSISTANT COORDINATORS - $400
Required for certain venues, weddings over 200 guests and offsite ceremonies
