Your day should be as unique as you are. We offer a wide array of planning and design services to craft elaborate events as well as intimate occasions. In order to create a one of a kind event, each client receives a custom proposal, tailored to your vision and style. In addition to weddings, we provide planning, design and coordination services for milestone events such as birthdays, anniversaries, mitzvahs, as well as corporate events.

With full planning, we help you from the start by being your wedding’s BFF. Full planning consists mostly of two major elements –
Logistical items: venue scouting, budget creation/management, time lines & schedules, vendor research & suggestions, contract review & negotiations, out-of-town guest arrangements, rehearsal coordination, ceremony planning/vow writing assistance, floor plan creation, vendor communication management, etc.
Aesthetic items: color palette and décor guidance, design curation, floral & menu selections, invitation guidance and selection, music choices, etc.
We work tirelessly to bring all of these elements together throughout the planning time. Full planning culminates in day-of coordination where we ensure that all of the hard work that went into planning is executed smoothly and seamlessly. Our full planning clients also receive a personalized, secure login to our online project management software – it’s a handy dandy space where we store & share documents – we also use it to set up a to-do list and email reminders. It’s pretty fancy stuff.

Full Planning
For the couple that needs more than coordination but less than full planning, partial planning is the answer. We will customize a package based upon what you need assistance with.
Perhaps you’re looking for guidance on vendors and help with your time line and schedules; perhaps you’re looking for someone to take care of hotel blocks and wedding transportation; maybe you need some help refining your vision and implementing a plan to make it all come to life; oh, did you need someone to deal with your anxious mother? Yup, we’ve got you covered.
Our partial planning clients also receive a personalized, secure login to our online project management workspace – it’s a handy dandy cloud based site where we store & share documents – we also use it to set up a to-do list and email reminders. It’s pretty fancy stuff.

Partial planning prices vary based on a number of factors (most couples invest anywhere from $4,000-8,000 on partial planning services). Please contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs.
Partial Planning
If you’ve done all of your planning (congrats to you!), and you’re really just looking for someone to take the reins starting a few weeks before the wedding so that you & your partner can chill and be fully present during the wedding day, then you need a “Day-of” Coordinator. About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we meet with you to go over all of your plans (we call this the marathon meeting).
We familiarize ourselves with what you’ve got going on and we help you create or refine your time line. If possible, we do a venue walk through with you to go over setup, flow & potential issues. Once the time line is all fleshed out, we break out the day-of schedule and create individual schedules for your vendors and wedding party. We reach out to all of your vendors to confirm their duties and timing. We reach out to your wedding party to go over their schedule & tasks too. If you’re having a rehearsal, we coordinate it for you (i.e. lining people up, timing, etc.). On the day-of, we spend 10 hours or more onsite. Pricing for coordination starts at $3,000.
Coordination
Business Consulting
For couples planning on their own who need a little guidance and support here and there, we offer hourly consultations. These consultations are tailored to your specific needs and are available for a wide range of projects associated with the planning process such as – venue hunting, vendor referrals, budgeting help, timeline creation, transportation logistics, contract reviews, hotel block arrangements, etc. These consultations can be done in person or via phone. Our expert assistance costs $100/hour, with a 3 hour minimum (which can be split into multiple sessions).
Is your brain exploding from Pinterest & blog overload? Do you have eleventy-five-hundred ideas but you’re just not sure how to put it all together or where to source items? Or maybe you’re just frozen, deer/headlights style with the thought of having to decide what your wedding will look like?
Let us figure it out for you. We’ll take what you’ve got (even if it’s notsomuch) and work to create mood boards and an inspiration folder to fit your style. We’ll provide you with sources and even DIY project instructions (if that’s your thing) to help you achieve the look. We'll work with your caterer, florist and venue on rental items. Then on the wedding day, we'll set up everything & style it to complete your vision! Even better, when the party's over, we'll come back and break it down and pack it up for you!
